Sergio Aguero - Absolute Class Act

Normally, a player will take time to settle and to really mould into the squad, but not this guy. Sergio provided a debut to remember with two quality goals announcing his arrival in English football in spectacular fashion. The man just looked quality as soon as he came onto the pitch and really added something to the Blue’s game, some energy which was massively needed.

on his Manchester City debut
His first goal saw him drift away from the Swansea defence, and a brilliant ball in from Micah Richards allowed him to slot home City’s second of the night. Every second of the game, Aguero seemed to move away from the defence, and they really could not stop those wonderful runs which saw him clear of any defenders. As if his debut goal wasn’t enough, he then assisted after a ball was chipped over the top for him to latch onto. He tried to chip Vorm, but his chip was going wide. Somehow though, through pure determination the Argentine managed to keep the ball on the pitch and flick it to Silva who converted for City’s third.

And then he really took the headlines. A wonderful strike out of nowhere saw Aguero grab his second on his Manchester City debut, and this really capped off a magnificent performance.

Overall, he really did impress for the Sky Blues on his first game, and I really hope to see this man in action every game this season, and I expect he will be with us for a long time. This man is defiantly worth every penny we have paid.
